What is the expected weekly time commitment?
Plan for approximately 2 to 3 hours per week. That covers our live 60-minute Virtual Boardroom, an optional focused co-working block and practical application of the weekly sprint. All sessions are recorded and indexed inside our members portal so you can stay consistent without sacrificing your operational schedule.
Why is there a dedicated Canadian focus and does it apply to my business?
Most executive communities cater primarily to the U.S. market. Our Circle members are predominantly Canadian, so many of the conversations, examples and connections naturally reflect that perspective. That said, the Circle is not limited to Canadian business owners. If you're a Black woman entrepreneur looking for accountability, community and support to grow your business, you belong here. The business challenges we address; consistency, visibility, systems, sales and leadership are relevant no matter which country you are building from.
What technical background do I need to participate in AI discussions and workshops?
None! You don't need to be tech-savvy or have any experience with AI. While we occasionally bring in experts to share their knowledge and practical tools, the Circle is not an AI training program. We believe some of the best learning happens through community. Members share their real-life experiences, favourite tools, successes and challenges so we can learn from one another. As AI continues to change how we do business, we're creating a space where Black women CEOs can explore, ask questions and grow together with confidence.
Which AI tools and business systems will I learn about in the Circle?
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to AI and technology. Every business has different needs and every CEO has her own preferred tools. Inside the Circle, we share our experiences, explore new AI tools and learn from one another about what's working in our businesses. We also bring in experts to share practical knowledge and insights.
